1) Are the condos beach front?
King's Crown & Pointe Santo are both beach front complexes. Each unit offers georgous views of the Gulf of Mexico. Both of the complexes are Horseshoe shaped and their is nothing between the units and the beach except for the pool.

2) Does the island have bike paths?
Yes, a bike path can be found on the other side of West Gulf Dr. (The King's Crown & Pointe Santo Complexes are on the opposite side of this street). This bike path cover the entire island of Sanibel.

3) What about Pointe Santo's kids activities?
Pointe Santo is a large complex consisting of 141units. Activities for all ages are offered in the Clubhouse at Pointe Santo de Sanibel. The recreation program includes

King's Crown is a smaller complex with only 54 units, however the pool is somewhat larger than that of Pointe Santo.

4) How many televisions are in each unit?
Every unit on Sanibel Island has a t.v., vcr, and dvd player in the living room. All 3 of the bedrooms in each unit also have a television.

5) What activities can I find on the Island?
Some of the outdoor activities that Sanibel Island is known for include bicycling, bird watching, boating, fishing, shelling, golf, nature tours, and tennis. See our favorite links page to find some of these interests.

6) How do I make a reservation?
First submit our web form or call us about available dates. If the week(s) you request are open for the unit we then need a 20% deposit of the base rate (which is show on our rates & availability page). This can be payed by check, visa, or mastercard. We will then send out a e-mail confirmation. The remainder of the total is due 30 days prior to arrival and can again be paid by check, visa, or mastercard.

7) What is the cancellation policy?
If you must cancel, please do so at least 90 days before arrival. Cancellation after that risks loss of your deposit, unless we find another guest for those dates.

8) What about written confirmation/keys/check in and out times?
After the reservation has been made our rental management company (which is on Sanibel Island) will send out a written confirmation. They will also provide you with all the neccesary information concerning keys, direction, check in/check out, etc.
